Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan Chicken

1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesean cheese
2 tsp minced parsley
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup butter
1 clove garlic, minced
2 lbs chicken (16 chicken tenders)

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Chicken

Melt butter and garlic in a shallow baking pan. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl or plastic zip bag. Dip chicken pieces in butter, then in dry mix. Place chicken pieces back into the shallow pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes. Do not turn chicken. (Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour if using whole chicken breasts.)
