Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan Chicken

1.5 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
6 oz Vegetables, Mixed
1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Thigh, Meat Only

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Chicken

  1. Lightly cover chicken thighs with salt and pepper and bake at 375 for about 30 minutes.

  2. Prepare rice per package instructions.

  3. Once the chicken and rice are ready, put a handful of diced onion in a frying pan with a little oil as you can manage.

  4. After letting the onions darken, add the rice and diced chicken, seasoning to your liking.

  5. After these have been mixed, add the veggies and stir until soft. Cover with a thin layer of parmesan cheese and serve.
