Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan Chicken

16 ounce skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup shredded Wheat 'N Bran cereal
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp dried basil
1 large egg
1 tablespoon butter

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Chicken

  1. Flatten chicken to 1/4" thickness.

  2. Melt butter.

  3. Crush Shredded Wheat 'N Bran cereal and combine with Parmesan Cheese, melted butter and Basil in a shallow bowl.

  4. In another bowl beat the egg.

  5. Dip the chicken into the egg and then into the ceareal, cheese, butter, and basil mixture.

  6. Place the coated chicken into a baking dish and bake for 35 minutes at 375 degrees
