Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan Chicken

1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp thyme
1 tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp oregano
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
6 boneless chicken breast halves

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Chicken

  1. In a 9x13 pan, combine 1 tsp oil with 1/3 cup water.

  2. Mix seasonings with the cheese in a bag. Add chicken one at a time to bag and shake well until it is coated. Once coated, arrange chicken in pan. Add remaining bread crumbs to the tops of chicken. Drizzle with melted butter.

  3. Bake 350 degrees uncovered for 35-45 minutes.

  4. Top with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
