Perfectly seasoned chicken topped with marainara and cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan Chicken

1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
2 T olive oil
1 T rosemary
1 T thyme
1 T cilantro
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 c marinara sauce
1/2 c mozzarella cheese
1/2 c parmesan cheese
2 T butter

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Chicken

  1. Pound chicken breasts 1/2" thick with food mallet. Cut each breast into 3 pices.

  2. Chop fresh rosemary, thyme and cilantro. Place in a small bowl and add olive oil. Mix well.

  3. Rub each piece of chicken with herb mixture on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Cook on high heat until browned; roughly 2 minutes per side. Place in 9X 13 pan.

  4. Top each breast with marinara, mozzarella and parmesan. Cut butter into pieces and place small piece on each piece.

  5. Bake at 500 degrees for 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
