Tangy bread crumb and parmesan crusted chicken breast

Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan Chicken

4 chicken breast
2 slices white bread, toasted
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Chicken

  1. Chop toast into fine bread crumbs

  2. Mix parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, salt and pepper in bowl

  3. Mix mustard and milk in bowl

  4. Dip chicken breast into milk/mustard solution and then into bread/parmesan mix.

  5. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees, flipping each piece halfway through.
