Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan Chicken

258 grams chicken breast
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons parmesan cheese, grated
17 oz Ragu
3 slices provolone cheese

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Chicken

  1. Dip each chicken half breast in olive oil, shaking off excess; then, dip in mixture of flour, pepper, salt, and parmesan cheese.

  2. Cover the bottom of a shallow saucepan with olive oil on medium to high heat.

  3. Cook chicken in oil until lightly browned on both sides.

  4. Add Ragu and cook until sauce is warmed through.

  5. Turn heat to low and top each chicken breast half with a slice of provolone cheese. Let simmer until cheese is softly melted.
