It always amazed me that this simple recipe could make potatoes that taste so good. Mom liked to make them for Easter since they were more special than ordinary baked potatoes.

Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan Baked Potatoes

2 tablespoons butter
3/4 teaspoon butter
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon Parmesan cheese
3 red potatoes

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Baked Potatoes

Pour butter into a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over butter. Place potatoes (halved lengthwise) with cut side down over cheese. Bake uncovered, at 400 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or until tender.
