I split 3 7oz skinless, boneless breast. Used italian seasoned bread crumbs and part-skim mozzeralla. Any marinara sauce will do.

Recipe Ingredients for Parmasan Chicken

21 oz chicken breast
1/8 c olive oil
1/2 c bread crumbs
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t sea salt
1/2 t black pepper
1/4 c buttermilk
6 oz mozzerella
12 oz spaghetti sauce
1/4 c parmasan cheese

Recipe Directions for Parmasan Chicken

Prepare chicken breast by spliting them into half (less thickness). In a small bowl place chicken in buttermilk, then season with garlic, S&P. In another bowl coat chicken with bread crumbs. Preheat skillet, add oil and sauteed chicken until brown on both side (no completely done). Transfer to a large rectangular baking dish, put shredded mozzeralla and sauce atop. Bake in 400 for 1/2 hour, then evenly top with parmasan. Return to oven for 10 more minutes. Let rest on top of oven for 20 minutes before serving.
