Replace milk with fresh diced tomatoes.

Recipe Ingredients for Parma Rosa Pasta & Veggies

6 oz Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Penne Rigate Pasta
4 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 cup slices Carrots
2 cup chopped raw Campari Tomatoes
5 tbsp Sauce Mix

Recipe Directions for Parma Rosa Pasta & Veggies

  1. Prepare pasta according to directions.

  2. Chop broccoli into small florets, steam for 1 minute.

  3. Slice carrots, steam for 2 minutes.

  4. Dice tomatoes.

  5. Heat saute pan, spray with cooking oil, add tomatoes and cook until almost dissolved. Add the spice mix and stir while cookng for 2 more minutes. May need to add some water.

  6. Add the pasta and steamed veggies, toss to mix, and serve.
