1 cup semolina flour
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups water

Recipe Directions for Parchment bread

  1. mix all ingredients into non sticky ball,

  2. divide into 12 portions,

  3. roll very thin

  4. bake 450 for 4-5 minutes ea side

  5. cool on racks
