stir fired potato with lots of red paprika and onion and rataouile added at the end.

Recipe Ingredients for Paprikas

200 g potato
25 g onion
5 g plain flour
15 g yogurt
100 g courgette

Recipe Directions for Paprikas

  1. cut potatoes in slices

  2. fry onion, add lots of red paprika at the end

  3. add pottaoes and stir fry for a while

  4. add some vegetabel stock and cook for a while

  5. add vegetables of your liking to be finsihed with potatoes

  6. add some yougurt with flour to firm the food if too much water is left.
