Recipe Ingredients for Paprika Pork

2 serving President's Choice Basmati Rice
450 grams Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
3 tbsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black
0.25 tsp Onion Powder
2 serving Traditional Pasta Sauce
1.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Paprika Pork

  1. Slice peppers and broil on a baking sheet for 20min until tips are slightly chard to bring out the sweetness off the pepper.

  2. Meanwhile cube the pork, spice and brown in a pan.

  3. Add water, tomatoes sauce and paprika to the pork, then bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 30min.

  4. Meanwhile cook the basmati as per the package.

  5. Serve pork mixture on top of the rice.
