Greek baked eggplant and ground beef dish

Recipe Ingredients for Papoutsakia

1 lb eggplant
3 oz beef chuck
3 oz top round beef
1 oz onion
1 oz garlic
6 tbsp parmesan
10 oz mushrooms
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup white wine

Recipe Directions for Papoutsakia

Split the eggplant in 2 halves, mix the ground beef with the mushrooms (fry the mushrooms lightly beforehand in olive oil) and the garlic, add white wine, top with cheese and bake until the cheese starts browning at 400 F oven.
