Recipe Ingredients for Papi's salad

1/4 cup iceberg lettuce
1/4 cup red cabbage
1/4 cup carrots
1 cup spinach
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
3 button mushrooms
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 roma tomato, chopped
2 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Papi's salad

Marinate chopped onion in vinegar. Mix all ingredients together. Add marinated onion. Add oil and mix once more. Serve
