Recipe Ingredients for papaya salad

64 oz Papaya
8 pepper Peppers, Hot Chili, Green
8 cloves, raw Garlic
56 grams Dried Shrimp
32 oz Papaya
0.5 cup Chinese Long Bean
2 fruit (2" dia) Limes
1 oz Fish Sauce
4 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 medium raw Plum Tomato

Recipe Directions for papaya salad

Use a large clay mortar with a wooden pestle, pound garlic, chillies, shrimp (substitute with shrimp paste if you like but only use a small amount approx. 1/4 tsp.) Julienne papaya, slice tomatoe, slice lime and add the rest of the ingredients. Pound it until it is mixed well
