Recipe Ingredients for Papaya Bread

1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups papaya pulp, mashed
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup almonds

Recipe Directions for Papaya Bread

  1. Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs one at a time.

  2. Beat well. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with papaya pulp; add nuts.

  3. Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
