Recipe Ingredients for papas rellones

3 serving poblana pepper
4 potatoes White Potatoes
3 serving queso quesadilla
1 tbsp Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil
16 oz Fresh Chicken Breast Tenders

Recipe Directions for papas rellones

open peppers by cutting long ways. place on baking sheet and roast peppers in oven on 375 degrees for 20 minutes. remove from oven. cut 3 large white potatoes into quarters. Place in pot and boil till soft. Remove potatoes add one table spoon of butter and mash. fry or grill chicken tenders until fully cooked. Chop chicken tenders into cubes. place peppers on aluminum foil, then top with potatoes, chicken and queso quesadilla. Fold into foil and place back into oven,. On a grill place foiled ingredients directly on coals, for 5 minutes. Remove let cool and serve.
