Recipe Ingredients for Papas Guisadas

30 oz Potatoes, White, Flesh And Skin
5 oz Chili Pods
1 cup, chopped or diced Tomatillos
1 serving raw Scallion
2 clove Garlic
4 cup Chicken Broth
4 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 1/2 cup Quinoa

Recipe Directions for Papas Guisadas

broil chili pods, tomatillos and puree with salt, onion and garlic. Chop potatoes, put it all in a pot, add broth, quinoa. top with zucchini and cook about 40 minutes.
