Recipe Ingredients for pao dequeso

1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup 2% milk
1/4 cup water
16 oz tapioca starch
1 tsp salt
5 eggs
1 lb of queso fresco

Recipe Directions for pao dequeso

  1. put tapioca starch and salt in high power mixer, pulse

  2. pregrade cheese

  3. on stove-water oil, milk bring to rising boil, remove instantly and pour into tapioca mixture, pulse in the beginning, slow mix while adding eggs. stop adding eggs when it starts to form into a working dough mixture (less than 2min). pulse in cheese untill mixed.

  4. cook at 380 degrees

  5. spray cookie sheets, rubber baking sheets work best

  6. cook for 22 minutes
