Recipe Ingredients for Panzanella Salad

3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
200 g rye bread
2 tsp capers
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
50 g sardines
3 tomatoes
10 olives

Recipe Directions for Panzanella Salad

  1. Cut bread into inch squares, bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes until dried but not toasted.

  2. Mix into bowl filled with oil.

  3. Boil tomatoes and peppers, peel, and then add.

  4. Add other ingredients.

  5. Mix.

  6. Cool. Refridgerate. :)
