Firm custard texture with the taste a cross between french toast and pancakes.

Recipe Ingredients for Panu Kaku

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups skim milk
2 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup margarine

Recipe Directions for Panu Kaku

  1. Grease 8x8 pan w/margarine

  2. Mix all ingreedents in a medium bowl throughly.

  3. Sprinkle w/cinnamon

  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 min depending on your oven.

  5. To test if done use a toothpick by sticking in center and if it comes out clean then done. This will rise very puffy and then fall when cooling and will be golden brown on top.

  6. Let stand for 5 min and serve with powered sugar & syrup.
