Recipe Ingredients for Pantsington's Spicy Black Bean Udon Stir-fry

12 oz dry udon
1/2 cup spice black bean sauce
1 tbsp peanut oil
450 g (1 pkg) extra-firm tofu
1 tbsp tamari sauce
1 cup broccoli, cut
1 cup red pepper, cubed
5 cloves garlic, chopped
2 (large) carrots, chopped

Recipe Directions for Pantsington's Spicy Black Bean Udon Stir-fry

drain tofu and wrap in a towel; set aside to dry. boil udon and drain - set aside. heat oil in wok or large skillet. chop veg and tofu. add all ingredients to wok and stir-fry. serve and eat (with hot thai garlic sauce)!
