Recipe Ingredients for Pantsington's Chicken Tarragon Pasta

8 ounces Noodles, Egg, Dry, Enriched
16 ounce chicken breasts
1/8 cup tarragon
1 cup half-and-half
1 tbsp white flour, enriched
4 cups spinach, raw
1/4 cup garlic, raw
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Pantsington's Chicken Tarragon Pasta

  1. Wash and separate spinach leaves - set aside to drain.

  2. Wash and separate tarragon leaves - set aside to drain.

  3. Peel and chop garlic (approx 1 good-sized head).

  4. Cube chicken (bite-sized chunks).

  5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet on med/med-high heat - add chicken and cook through.

  6. Add garlic to chicken.

  7. Add cream and tarragon to chicken and garlic. Stir frequently.

  8. Add flour to chicken, garlic, and cream. Stir frequently until sauce thickens.

  9. Add dry egg noodles to 8 cups boiling water. Drain noodles after they are cooked and set them aside.

  10. Combine spinach with noodles and stir until spinach wilts. Combine skillet contents with noodles and spinach. Mix well. Garnish with fresh lemon juice. Serve and eat!
