Recipe Ingredients for Pantry Gumbo

3 links Smart Dogs Jumbo
1 tablespoons ground paprika
1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
1 tbsp,+crumbled bay leaf
1 tablespoon Italian Herb Seasoning Grinder
1 medium onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon garlic
15 ounces diced tomatoes
1 cup uncooked quinoa
3 cups chicken stock
4 ounces Shrimp, Mixed Species, Canned
12 1/2 ounces canned chunk white chicken
4 green onions, sliced thin
7 ounces Black Beans Drained and Rinsed

Recipe Directions for Pantry Gumbo

  1. Grill hot dogs. Set aside.

  2. Brown chicken. Set aside.

  3. Cut onions into half moon shape and saute till brown in dutch oven.

  4. Add all ingredients except shrimp, green onions, and beans. Once it starts to boil, lower heat to LOW then cook for 45 minutes.

  5. After 45 minutes, add shrimp and beans and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

  6. When done, add sliced scallions.
