Crepe like wheat round disk filled with meat and vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Panquecas

2 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
1/2 cup, chopped Onions
3 clove Garlic
6 oz Broccoli
2 oz Leeks
4 oz Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Unenriched
1/4 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
2 large Egg, White
1 cup Organic Fat Free Milk
2 tbsp Parsley
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for Panquecas

  1. Sautee onion and garlic until translucent. Add meat and cook until gold. add leeks, brocolli, tomatoes and cook for more 15 minutes. Turn the heat off and add parsley and green onions.

  2. for the dough

  3. Blend flour, eggs, milk, salt, 1/2 table parsley untill well combined. Pour the mix in a hot pan fryer (grease just enough to avoid stick. If too much oil is used, it will be heavy and grease and hard to turn). Let the mix sit, and flip to the other side. Wait a few seconds and transfer to plate. Fill with the meat and vegetable misture.
