Carmen's recipe just like my mom's. I used light promise butter spread instead of butter

Recipe Ingredients for Panqueca (Crepe)

3 eggs
1 cup fat free milk
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon lemon extract

Recipe Directions for Panqueca (Crepe)

  1. Mix all ingredients. Cook in small frying pan (teflon) until done.

  2. ADD 7.8 calories for the butter spread on each panqueca
