Recipe Ingredients for Panko Crusted Chicken Tenders

1 1/4 lb chicken breast tenders
1/4 cup flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
1 1/2 cup Italian style panko crispy bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Panko Crusted Chicken Tenders

  1. Heat oven to 425F. Line baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.

  2. In shallow dish, place flour. Coat chicken with flour. In another shallow dish, mix egg and water. Dip chicken in egg mixture. In another shallow bowl, mix bread crumbs and parmesan. Dip chicken in bread crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet.

  3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until chicken is no longer pink and coating is golden brown. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, if desired.
