Chicken breasts coated with sauce and breaded

Recipe Ingredients for Panko Chicken

24 ounce chicken breasts
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 tbsp parsley
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/4 cup miracle whip

Recipe Directions for Panko Chicken

  1. In bowl 1 combine butter, mustard and garlic

  2. In bowl 2 combine breadcrumbs and parsley

  3. Dip chicken breast into bowl 1, fully coat, then put one side into bowl 2.

  4. Bake at 450 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until juices run clear

  5. Serve with dijon sauce (mixture of dijon mustard and miracle whip)
