1 lb chicken cutlets
3 tablespoons Flour
2 egg whites, beaten
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted

  1. pre heat oven to 450

  2. cook 30-40 minutes depending on thickness of chicken. Check often.
