I use Kraft's Light sesame dressing which has about 25 more calories per 2 tablespoons (add about 20 calories per serving more if you use Kraft) than the one used to calculate the calories here (Litehouse Foods).

Recipe Ingredients for Panko Breaded Pork loin

1 lb pork tenderloin
1/4 cup sesame dressing light
1/2 cup panko
1/8 cup egg whites

Recipe Directions for Panko Breaded Pork loin

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.

  2. Place pork in a zip lock, pour dressing over and let marinate for 4 - 6 hours.

  3. Once marinated, in same zip lock, flatten to about 1/2"

  4. Remove pork and take off excess marinade.

  5. Put pork into egg whites, then dredge in the panko.

  6. Place pork on a baking sheet lightly sprayed with PAM.

  7. Bake 25 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160.
