Oven fried chicken stips with seasoned crumb coating

Recipe Ingredients for Panko Breaded Chicken Strips

30 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 eggs
4 oz breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp basil
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Panko Breaded Chicken Strips

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. If using whole breasts, cut into strips - I use the boneless skinless chicken tenders so I skip this step.

  3. Mix breadcrumbs and all seasonings - set aside

  4. Slightly beat eggs in separate bowl

  5. Coat bottom of pan with olive oil

  6. Dip the chicken strips in the egg and then coat with breadcrumb mixture - place in pan

  7. Cook for approx 30 minutes or until cooked
