Grilled ham panini sandwich... Mmmm!

Recipe Ingredients for Panini

2 slices sourdough bread
1/4 tomato, sliced
1 pickle, sliced
2 slices ham
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 tsp mustard
1/2 cup spinach leaves

Recipe Directions for Panini

  1. Prepare sandwich with exception of spinach leaves.

  2. Microwave for 20 seconds.

  3. Spray both sides with Pam or other cooking spray.

  4. Grill (on a George Foreman grill, or something similar) until golden brown.

  5. Add spinach leaves to sandwich and serve.
