Panini with smoked mozzarella, roasted red peppers and green olives

Recipe Ingredients for Panini

2 slices french bread
1 oz Cheese
1/4 red pepper, roasted
4 jumbo green olives

Recipe Directions for Panini

Heat skillet with olive oil. Place one slice of bread in skillet. Top with cheese, peppers, olives and other slice of bread. Use heavy object to press on sandwich (I often use a spatula with a heavy bowl). Turn when browned and repeat for other side of the sandwich.
