Recipe Ingredients for Paneer Tikka Masala

3 serving Tikka Masala Curry Cooking Sauce
12 oz Nanak Brand: Paneer (fresh cheese)
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 cloves, raw Garlic
1 tsp Curry Powder
1/4 tsp Garam Masala
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 cup slices Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Paneer Tikka Masala

  1. Smash and chop garlic, and chop onion. Heat oil in pan and roast garlic and spices.

  2. Slice paneer and place onion in pan and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Slice squash and cook.

  4. Then add paneer.

  5. Put in all the sauce.

  6. Cook until veggies are soft and then let simmer about 5mins.
