Recipe Ingredients for Paneer Butter Masala

200 g g) (g g) cup, large curd (not packed) Cottage Cheese, Creamed, Large Or Small Curd
369 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup, chopped Onions
12 grams Garlic
1 tsp Ginger Root
1 oz(28 g) Green Chillies
1/2 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1/2 cup Pasteurized Fresh and Thick Double Cream
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Paneer Butter Masala

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Cut paneer into 1 inch cubes. Shallow fry it. You could use cooking spray instead. In another deep pan, add 1 tbspn oil, and fry the onions till golden brown. Grind garlic, ginger and green chillies together into a fine paste. Add this paste to the onions. Once it mixes well with the onions, add tomatoes. add salt and garam masala. Allow to simmer for 20 minutes. Remove it from flame and cool it. Once it has cooled down, blend it to a fine paste. Pour it into the deep pan. Add the shallow fried paneer. Allow to simmer for 10 mins. Add 1/2 cup of milk. Allow to simmer for another 5 mins. Finally, add 1/2 cup of fresh cream. Garnish with corainder leaves.
