Yummy Chicken dish, reduce water by half for a thicker sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Pandang Chicken

20 oz of chicken, cubed
1/8 cup of lime juice
1/4 cup of lemon
8 oz tomato
1 tsp ginger
2 tsp garlic
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup water
2 tbsp dry non fat milk
2 cups rice

Recipe Directions for Pandang Chicken

  1. Cube Chicken and place in juice, marinate for 1 hour.

  2. Peel and chop tomato. Place in pan with 1 cup of water, and spices. Add chicken and juice, bring to boil, cover,then simmer for 30 mins.

  3. Add milk, dry non fat milk for 10 more mins. Simmer with lid off to thicken.

  4. Serve on pasta
