Traditional Filipino noodle dish with chicken and chorizo. It a combination of pancit bihon and pancit canton, hence "biton"

Recipe Ingredients for Pancit Biton

12 ounce dried rice noodles (Pancit Bihon)
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 onion, finely diced
3 cloves garlic, minced (3/8 tsp garlic powder)
2 cups chicken, cooked, diced
8 ounces Chorizo, Pork And Beef
10 cups cabbage, small thinly sliced (1-head)
4 carrots, thinly sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 lemons for garnish

Recipe Directions for Pancit Biton

  1. Set noodles in cool water for 10 minutes until soft.

  2. Boil noodles until al dente.

  3. Drain noodles and set aside.

  4. In a wok, heat the oil.

  5. Sauté garlic and onion until soft.

  6. Stir in all other ingredients except for noodles. Cook until cabbage is soft.

  7. Toss in noodles and stir constantly until noodles are heated through.

  8. Serve with wedges of lemon as garnish.
