This is a popular dish in the Philippines that i grew up eating.

Recipe Ingredients for Pancit Bihon with Tofu (Philippine Noodle)

2 stalks celery
1 carrot
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 bell pepper
18 ounces noodles
1 pinch salt
8 ounces tofu

Recipe Directions for Pancit Bihon with Tofu (Philippine Noodle)

  1. Cut up the vegetables (carrots, celery,cabbage, bell pepper) into bite size pieces.

  2. Boil the cut up vegetables(carrots, celery, cabbage, bell pepper) with water in medium heat for 10 minutes.

  3. Boil the pack of Bihon noodles with water in medium heat until the noodles are soft.

  4. Using a non-stick pan add a teaspoon of oil.

  5. Mix in the vegetables and the noodles into the pan and stir.

  6. Cut up the tofu into bite size pieces and add them to the pan.

  7. Turn off the stove and transfer the Pancit Bihon with Tofu into a bowl.
