Regular pancake recipe with the white flour replaced with whole wheat flour. Fiber goes from .5 to 1.9g per serving. Half & half flour is 1.2g fiber. Recipe not tried.

Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes Whole Wheat

1 1/2 c whole grain flour
3 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 egg
1 3/4 c skim milk
2 tbsp canola oil
1 pinch salt
1 cooking spray

Recipe Directions for Pancakes Whole Wheat

  1. Combine dry ingredients and mix well

  2. Lightly beat egg and combine with milk & oil.

  3. Add wet to dry and mix leaving lumps.

  4. Use cooking spray to coat preheated frying pan. Makes 12 pancakes.
