Recipe Ingredients for pancakes

1 cup mix Original
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tbsp Butter
1 serving Fat Free Skim Milk

Recipe Directions for pancakes

  1. beat egg with oil & milk.

  2. Add pancake mix and a dash of cinnamon, nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice.

  3. Melt butter in skillet and drop 2 T of batter onto hot butter, turning once.
