Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

2 large Egg, Whole
1.75 serving 1% Partly Skimmed Milk
0.25 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
1.75 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
6 tsp Sugars, Granulated
4 tsp Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

  1. Beat eggs in large bowl.

  2. Add milk and oil, stir.

  3. Add all remaining ingredients, stir just until large lumps disappear.

  4. Cook on hot griddle with spray oil.
