Recipe Ingredients for pancakes

125 g all purpose flour
4 3/5 g baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
235 ml soy milk
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons agave Syrup
5 g oil for cooking

Recipe Directions for pancakes

  1. combine wet and dry ingredients separately , then together until just combined. Stove to med. temperature.

  2. butter or oil the pan lightly, and cook both sides of batter.

  3. Yield 6 pancakes
