Pancakes with my sister on Shrove Tuesday :)

Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

1 large Egg, Whole
60 grams Flour
105 grams Milk
1 tbsp Lightly Salted Butter
0.5 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

  1. Put flour in a bowl and make a well in the centre. Crack in the egg and then beat together.

  2. Mix milk with 75ml of water. Slowly add this mix to the flour and egg, beating together.

  3. Melt butter in a very hot frying pan. Add a ladle of pancake mix and fry on each side. Continue until the mixture is used up and eat with a topping of your choice!
