Vegan Buckwheat Pancakes with Cinnamon and Flaxseed

Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

1 cup Buckwheat Flour, Whole-groat
1 cup Organics Whole Wheat Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
6 tsp Splendido Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cold Pressed
4 tbsp Flax, Sunflower, Pumpkin
2 cup Soy Milk, Fluid
2 tbsp Flaxseed
2 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

  1. Add one cup of Buckwheat flour and one cup of Whole Wheat flour in a large bowl. Also add one tsp of baking soda and baking powder. Optional are the Cinnamon (2 Tbsp) and Flaxseed (2 Tbsp).

  2. In a separate bowl mix 4 tbsp of Ground Flaxseed with 6 tbsp of water. (Egg Replacer).

  3. Mix egg replacer with 2 cups of Soy Milk and 2 tbsp of Olive Oil.

  4. Make sure the mixture of well mixed, add some water or more soy milk, if needed, then scoop mixture in a non-stick pan. Flip half-way through, as you do with pancakes.

  5. Then enjoy!
