pancakes with only one egg, makes thin-type crepes.

Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

1 large egg
100 grams plain flour
300 ml skim milk
10 grams butter, unsalted

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

  1. sift flour with pinch of salt

  2. make a lil hole in the flour in a bowl and break the egg into this, start mixing, but dont mix all flour

  3. mix a lil bit of flour at a time and add milk slowly

  4. keep mixing

  5. keeeep mixing

  6. until you get a smooth batter. awesome.

  7. butter up a frying pan on a medium heat, pour in just enough batter to cover the base (perhaps less and spread it around)

  8. juggle the pancake. it shouldnt stick now that you used butter.

  9. cook til browned on both sides.
