Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup butter

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

Combine dry ingredients. Separate eggs and beat egg whites to stiff peaks. Melt butter. Combine 2 egg yolks and buttermilk to dry ingredients. Fold in egg whites and butter.
