Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

250 g all purpose flour
2 tbsp white sugar
4 eggs
500 ml skim milk

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

  1. Mix the flour, milk, sugar and egg yolks until well blended

  2. Whip eggwhites until you have a nice meringue

  3. Mix the two

  4. Bake
