Makes 60 servings



MIx all ingredients togehter well. Store mix in sealed gallon size plastic storage bag or air tight container. this mix makes up to 5 batches of dry mix. Great ot have on hand for weekend guest or give as agift with printed recipe card (2 cups of mix).

Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

4 cups Quick Oats
2 cups All purpose flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup instant non-fat dry milk
3 tbls baking powder
2 tbls cinnamon
5 tsp salt
1/2 cream of tartar
10 eggs
5 cups water
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cooking spray

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

  1. Panckaes

  2. 2 cups mix

  3. 2 eggs

  4. 1 cup water

  5. 1/3 cup canola/vegetable oil

  6. Cooking spray

  7. Preheat griddle 375 degrees you may have to adjust this to your griddle ours was to hot I reduce it to 350 for prefect pancakes, beat eggs in large bowl. Gradually beat in oil. Alternately add pancake mix & water to mixture. Blend well. Using a 1/4 cup of batter for one pancake. Spray griddle with cooking spray. Cook on griddle or electric skillet until pancakes from bubbles and the edges look dry. Flip and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer to a plater and keep warm until ready to serve. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve with warm maple syrup and butter or jam. Mix yeilds about 12 pancakes.
