White Flour Pancakes - you can substitute buttermilk for milk if desired

Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

250 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
0.5 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
6 tsp Sugars, Granulated
8 grams Baking Powder
3 serving Salt
2 large Egg, White
2 cup Whole Milk
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Add wet ingredients.

  3. Mix batter until lumps are mostly gone.

  4. Cook on medium heat. Turn when bubbles rise through entire pancake.
